The purpose of the fellowship is to broaden the horizons and exposure of the successful applicant. The closing date for the application is 30 Nov 2011. Interested applicants, please e-mail Anthony (Anthony_FOO@ttsh.com.sg) or Sandra (sandra_awyong@nuhs.edu.sg)   Post a comment Comments (0) SHSS Founding Member, Prof. Robert Pho recieves Emeritus Professorship from National University Singapore     Saturday, August 27 2005 @ 02:33 PM SGT Contributed by: jonathanlee Views: 6,289 The Singapore Society for Hand Surgery, congratulates one of its foundation members, Professor Robert WH Pho, on receiving the title of Emeritus Professor from the National University of Singapore (7th July 2005). Professor Pho was instrumental in establishing Hand surgery services in Singapore having been the former Head of both the SGH and NUH hand surgery departments at various times. His research and ideas are respected worldwide. He has trained and mentored dozens of leading hand surgeons practicing today and continues his work at Department of Hand and Reconstructive Surgery Microsurgery, NUH. The Emeritus professorship acknowledges his lifelong committment and contribution to hand surgery, orthopaedics and the university. Professor Pho recently also received the National Healthcare Group Lifetime achievement award in october 2004.
