DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS AND FOR EARLY REGISTRATION

Apologies for missing out on Jan 2010 schedule. Here is the schedule for Feb.

TTSH lectures are now officially part of the AST teaching program. Attendance at these lectures (along with the SGH Wednesday and NUH Thursday lectures) is therefore compulsory for all ASTs.

Only Tan Tock Seng Hospital has a lecture programme this month. There are no lectures at NUH and SGH. Note also that the TTSH programme for December is on Wednesday morning 7.30-8.30am, not Tuesday.

Dr Winston Chew and his experienced team of hand surgeons at the new Hand Service of Tan Tock Seng Hospital invite you to join in the APFSSH Post-Congress Wrist and Distal Radius Workshop. This workshop features an international faculty of skilled wrist surgeons from Singapore, UK, Hong Kong and Australia. There will be lectures, demonstrations and a hands-on cadaveric dissections and wrist arthroscopy session. Registration is SGD$1000.

There was no cross-hospital teaching in May 2009 due to government-imposed restrictions on inter-hospital visits by doctors in reaction to swine flu / H1N1. In case people elsewhere in the world are wondering how many cases we had here: there were NO cases ever reported in Singapore during this period, nor are there any yet, thanks no doubt to measures such as these. Yes, it is safe to visit and attend the lectures!
